Job Summary:


The Marketing Manager, Customer Success handles all North America marketing activities impacting the overall customer experience. This includes all regional marketing activities from the development of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics through implementation and follow-up. They will lead strategic and collaborative efforts cross-functionally to ensure the Fujifilm Sonosite experience is customer-focused.  This individual will partner closely with sales, service, and education teams to develop programs that improve retention and loyalty. S/he will develop excellent, in-depth knowledge of the point-of-care ultrasound clinical environment, market needs, customers, and Fujifilm Sonosite solutions to be viewed as a resource by our customers, sales team, and internal employees. 



Essential Job Functions:


  • Define Sonosite offerings to ensure they are solutions that are differentiating Fujifilm Sonosite and position the company to deliver against unmet customer needs, delight customers and win against competition
  • Provide voice-of-customer and voice-of-sales for real world experiences to business partners to maintain the most effective value-proposition and offerings
  • Perform clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis to identify product and commercial strategies for growth
  • Develop programs that improve the Fujifilm Sonosite experience for both new and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with marketing communications and digital teams to partner on campaigns that drive brand equity and increased awareness
  • Act as customer success and experience advocate, providing regular updates to the field sales teams
  • Partner with clinical and education teams to develop digital offerings that enhance the customer experience
  • Develop regional and segment-specific targeting, value propositions, pricing, program, and messaging for key products, solutions, and programs
  • Lead customer success marketing efforts for new product introductions
  • Work within budget to deliver programs that directly support revenue targets and deliver a strong ROI
  • Develop timely and effective customer communication for important product information such as backorders, quality issues, etc.
  • Partner with service and education teams to leverage data for key programs that aid customers and support our brand
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers in the region
  • Work with peers to ensure a coordinated approach with the perspective of the sales team and customer in mind.


Knowledge and Experience:


  • 5 – 7 years of ultrasound, imaging or medical device marketing or product management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and/or programs
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and provide meaningful business insights
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
  • Cross-functional team leadership, ability to lead through influence
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement
  • Strong communication skills and experience providing updates to all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with diverse executive-level leaders and team members in a cross-disciplinary manner.
  • BS degree in marketing or related field


Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and FFSS, respectively
  • Strong and deep marketing experience, from strategy to execution
  • Ability to develop plans, forecasts, budgets
  • Broad leadership skills and a proven ability to focus on execution and results
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills in both writing and speaking plus the ability to build relationships with key outside influencers
