The Product Content Manager (internally known as Content Manager) is responsible for planning and executing the product template design and positioning strategy for the Personalized Photo Products Group (3PG). This person will develop a well-rounded, strategic annual content plan, optimizing and expanding the 3PG content library, contributing to the overall look and feel of how 3PG products are represented in mobile apps, online and in-store on kiosks, and working effectively with internal and external teams as they relate to content.  This position will also collaborate with key customers across mass market, e-commerce and mobile retail.

The Product Content Manager reports directly to the Program Manager - Content, Catalog & Product Information Management (reports to Senior Director of Marketing, Consumer Products) and will work closely with the 3PG Product Team, Account Product Content Managers, Catalog Team and Retailers.

  • Analyze existing sales data to pinpoint content trends, opportunities, and plans for optimization and growth
  • Work in partnership with the Research Manager to pinpoint market, consumer and product trends/insights, pairing these learnings with sales data to determine the overall content strategy
  • Develop and execute an annual content strategy aligned with Fujifilm and the 3PG team’s strategic goals
  • Develop and execute content design briefs to be shared with internal and external designers
  • Manage 3rd party graphic design partners
  • Manage Fujifilm’s in-house content designer(s) and collaborate with the internal 3PG product team
  • Lend professional content account management for 3PG, including written communication, meeting planning and management, and presentation preparation and delivery
  • Work in tandem with the Fujifilm catalog, project management, and sales account teams to develop content calendar and prioritization documentation
  • Conduct Q&A pre-launch and post-launch in partnership with the catalog, project management, and sales account teams
  • Contribute to the overall look and feel of how 3PG products and content are represented online and on kiosk, including product assets, product categorization and product purchase flows
  • Manage kiosk product naming conventions, imagery and product descriptions
  • Validate all final designs of graphics and templates submitted by the designer agencies



  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in marketing, design or other related quantitative disciplines/experience
  • 3 + years work experience in product management or equivalent
  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data and make sound business judgments
  • Experience developing and executing annual strategies
  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and managing deliverables for multiple accounts
  • Experience with managing creative/graphic designers
  • General understanding of graphic/image file formats.
  • Ability to travel domestically 10% of the year.
  • PC Skills (MS Office Suite - emphasis on Excel  PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to understand the “technology” of photography.
  • Effective Communication Skills



  • Experience with photo or related personalized products in an e-commerce or brick and mortar retail environment
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) Systems
  • Experience with using Google Business Services (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
